Midday Sun

Another cloudless day for the Summer of 2018.  It seems appropriate, given the rarity of such events, to record it on my journal.  Having said that, the long range forecast is for little change in the next two weeks. I have a distant memory of a year in my teens that had similar properties - how long before we have a Minister for Drought?  And do you remember who that was in 1976?
