Climbing Corydalis

The final day of 30DaysWild was spent out with the South Lincolnshire Flora Group, recording in Nocton Wood. Another scorcher, but at least there was some shade and not too much of the vegetation had dried-up. After several hours of very slow ambling we'd found over 230 species, one of the prettiest of which was this Climbing Corydalis, a very local species in South Lincolnshire, largely because it only grows in woodland and scrub on acid soils.
