Running at Coxs Bay

"Personal Trainers", with their large groups of trainees, frequent Auckland's parks in the early morning and often also at lunch times. This is early morning. The couple jogging slowly along the path while a morning walker heads the other way, were the last in a group of at least ten. (Others may have already disappeared behind the pavilion by the time I got to this end of Coxs Bay Park.)

The sun was starting to bathe the bay in golden light; I like how it has picked out walking man's face, and jogging woman's leg.

Busy day at the office until mid afternoon, and then a quick return to the apartment, pack up the stuff needed for the weekend and into the slow hour traffic north. Now at the beach house to relax, and intermittently write and read, as is my wont.

S is challenging herself with writing 50,000 words by the end of November. I think it's called a nano novel or something like that. So, I'll post this, and then go and get some Thai take away while she continues with the muse strong.
