Camouflage

I think it's called a Cabbage White. These small moths flit around constantly. I was surprised this one held still for such a long time, especially with me rustling around close by. It's resting on the wooly Lamb's Ears. Even its eyes are white.

Today was the last day of our Nature Journaling class. I will definitely miss these sessions. We met in the Natural History Museum this morning. I chose a jackrabbit and I was amazed at how interesting it was to draw, even though it was quite unalive.
