Promising Milkweed

For a recent Tiny Tuesday I blipped the tightly closed milkweed buds. Now they are starting to open. I have seen two monarch butterflies cruising around through the garden lately-- or one butterfly on different days?
Anyway, everything is just about set for them.
We had a huge thunderstorm and heavy rain last night that beat the young milkweeds down. Among other things... but now the flowers are up and inviting.
