When Fergus came out of the Sea

(at Slaty Farlan)

22.9C with sunny sunshine all day long. Moderate SSE/SE breeze..
(Prestwick 22.8C)

The best after lunch walk for this weather is to go out to the old shipyard and on out to Slaty Farlan, which has become the best spot round the loch for Fergus to go swimming. He seems to prefer it to Trench Point. We haven't been out to the second gate, a little bit before Macringan's point, for a while. I did think of going there today but there were two Spaniels ahead on the path and it was easier to let Fergus have his cooling dip in peace.
