Above Happy Valley

Back to a lovely sunny day for us, thank goodness. We went into Exeter to get some shopping and made a fairly quick visit to IKEA again. This afternoon I went up to Colway Cross and walked down to the footpath that leads to Happy Valley. I sneaked off the footpath and through a gate a way to see if I could get a clear view of the estuary but there are too many trees. I turned round and went to the fence behind me where the sun was shining down on this field. The crop's still fairly green and I'm not sure what it is. There's some barley but I think it's probably a mixture.

I took a couple of panoramas but in the end I preferred the light and the detail in this one.
