Blooming Amelia

Despite the long day yesterday I woke early and then, not so early, went for a swim. Felt good.

Work was good too hot quite a few things done, and had lunch on the balcony. However I failed in the plan to finish early.

Home and I took the bike out, round to the pool and back again. Not too long but it does go.

Some more 'Engrenages' and then bed.
