Baking Seed Heads

I was unexpectedly invited to join G's family for Sunday lunch at the local Toby carvery, one of our favourite venues for a roast dinner.....and it didn't disappoint.  Had a brief mooch around a garden centre, for more plants for Gs new garden, but much too hot to stay for long.  Home later, and indoors in the cool.  Managed to take a couple of shots of the maturing poppy seed heads, baking in the 30C temperature.....the weather is due to break and become cooler by Tuesday, can't say I am sorry.
