We took the bus nearest to a cache to walk home after finding and logging it. Geocaching can't be done anymore just by foot alone. We've found all traditional caches in a spacious circle around our house. Anyway, on our return, we heard the whistling of the steam train. There's a strange need in me that makes me want to go to look at it. It's the whistle, just like the screeching of seagulls on the coast.
I hurried, but when I got close enough, I already heard the wonderful rhythmic sound of the departing train.
Hence my blip of the day.
