Sunflower

This impressive plant is growing at the edge of a neighbor's vegetable garden. I planted some seeds but so far only have half grown rather sad looking plants. I think our garden needs more sun.

The other impressive thing about this is that I took the photo at quite a distance - and brought it even closer than the 300mm limit of my zoom by using the digital zoom. I'm amazed that I can actually see bumblebees on the flowers!
