Charities

We're having an afternoon of tea and cake to raise funds for two very worthy charities.

Actually all charities are worthy.

We're holding this event in memory of a special lady who lost her battle with cancer.

It's her birthday on the 22nd July so we'll have cake for her as she loved a good cake.

Its also an opportunity to raise awareness of breast cancer and the importance of ladies checking themselves for signs of breast cancer and getting checked out.

Also to thank our local hospice who took good care of our friend when she needed it most.

We're hoping for a good turn out and hope to raise money and recognise the work of both these charities.
