Hospital visit

My good friend Robin was sent to hospital from the nursing home he's in, suffering from pneumonia. Previously I've driven over, but today I chose differently because it can be difficult to get into the underground car park and to find a space when you do get in. This time, I drove to The Point, parked the car there, and got the Luas tram right to the hospital door: much handier.

Robin was asleep when I arrived so I sat and waited for him to wake. He was in reasonably good form, but he'd already been on limited liquid intake in the nursing home and that was continuing here. He'd asked me to bring a copy of the Sunday Times and 'just a small bottle of juice' to add a bit of flavour to his limited liquid diet. We had a good chat, including discussing Formula 1 and today's French Grand Prix.
