Number 34 bus

An iconic view of one of Edinburgh's skylines taken out of the window (not through the window) on the top of the Number 34 bus on the way to have lunch with some blippers who were having some sort of open house to celebrate something or other (a bit obscure, but very nosh it was too). The Number 34 bus from Leith to Shandon is not, however, to be recommended. Unbelievably circuitous route. To vary the experience, therefore, we came back on a Number 35, in the company of a Leith blipper who had had a not very close encounter with some big tough men in black on the Royal Mile earlier (when sitting on the top of the bus - of course).

Inter alia we bemoaned the lack of Leith blipmeets. We should do something about this. It's in our power!

Meanwhile, we're resting prior to a Leith non-blipmeet later on. We're giving the early dinner a miss, having only finished our lunch at 4pm, but a couple of beers in the Malt and Hops seems an attractive proposition.
