Wide Wednesday

In addition to being quite productive I played with my camera in a variety of new ways. I tried the "soften" effect in my camera, which could be nice for flowers at the right angle. I played with some macro filters which didn't turn out so well. I got a new, inexpensive 450mm equivalent manual lens that I played with this evening. If the animals at the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve don't move I should be able to get their picture. I saw the challenge in time to do a panorama of the colors at the Bethesda metro. 


I also took two pictures in an empty playground in black and white. Toys need children.
