When Fergus Swam in Circles at Slaty Farlan

17.1C with a cloudy start then clearing to long spells of sunny sunshine. all day long. Light Northerly breeze.

Fergus and I went along past the harbour to the park this morning to watch the ferry leave. It left 5 minutes early again, at 7.30am. I did take photos, but it was cloudy then and I preferred the photo I have posted of Fergus swimming.

After lunch Fergus and I went for a walk out to the old shipyard and wandered out the shore path to Slaty Farlan. The tide was at a good height for Fergus to go down the slipway/ramp there and get a good clean entry to the sea. He enjoyed a few circles of swimming then came back out for a good shake, then we walked further along the path to the second gate before we came back.

At the harbour Ocean Dream was busy loading the wind turbine tower sections. Spanaco Loyalty was still at anchor out in the loch.
