Busy day sorting out some networking for my parents (the sys admin is never on holidays) and a number of focus stacks for my dad. Quite cool we used ammonium chloride to whiten the fossil to enhance the surface textures. Also spent hours sorting through the first day of pictures from our wee trip South. Finally, we had to pick up #2 and my sister and her partner who had been away in Italy. Nice to be all reunited again.

My parents had this aloe plant for more than 45 years. It is the first time it flowered.
