Boston #6

Well, Boston air suits me. I am sleeping like a baby, as proven by not waking up until 9.45am. Our destination, on this, my last day in warm and super sunny Boston, (what a change from yesterday!!) was the Gibson Brownstone museum in Beacon St in the Back Bay area of Boston - an entire street of classic brownstone buildings.  This was not until after a delicious brunch in Arlington.  The museum was a freeze-frame of daily life in C19th Victorian, in the home of the Gibson family, from basement laundry to third floor bedroom, via dining room, music room and parlour.

After the museum we strolled through the park by the Charles river (see extra) and broke our journey home to Arlington with a beer.  By 19.00 I was at Logan airport, and with three hours to kill until my flight, entertained myself with a last Boston beer.
