Mini rainbow thingy?

Cobb Gate, Lyme Regis

Waiting for Oliver to finish his Remembarance Day parade duties, the sun was getting quite low to the West and this little rainbow thing appeared to the South (it can just be made out to the bottom of the picture on the left hand side - looked far better than it has come out in this image!). Not sure what it was as there was no rain, but I'm sure someone can enlighten me. Best viewed LARGE.
