Heading south

Today we left the Flinders Ranges at Rawnsley Park and headed south to Hawker, Quorn and Peterborough via Jamestown. The countryside was not what I expected. There were rolling green hills and little villages, quite lovely. I’m pleased we have wifi but no TV here to find out what antics our illustrious leaders are up to. I’m probably better off not knowing what they are doing.

Today we saw heaps of kangaroos, sheep and a few horses. Up north there are kangaroos, emus and feral goats. I have only seen one cat in the last month, it was a huge Persian fluffy model which was caravanning with its owners. There are quite a few dogs around travelling but as they are not welcome in national parks we had decided to leave Tom at home.
