Luke Jerram

The first thing you see as you walk through the gates to Bluedot is this Luke Jerram piece. He's the same person who was responsible for the Museum of the Moon piece in the Anglican Cathedral a few weeks ago. It's a striking thing and it's great to see people reacting to it and engaging with it. That lots of them are trying to do an Atlas impression by appearing to hold the thing up with their arms isn't the point. As unoriginal as that may be, it's the fact this is causing people to be aware of the work and, hopefully have a think about the message it sends. 

As a statement of intent from Bluedot, it couldn't be clearer.
