Portulaca

Portulaca (Portulaca grandiflora) is the name of a group of cheerfully blooming, sun-loving, annual plants with beautiful bright yellow, red, lilac and even white rose-like, often filled flowers above the fine-bloomed foliage on red-tinted stems. Flowering from May to September. Easy to care for and very resistant to drought. Ideal, low-growing plants (20 cm) for bowls and trays on balconies and terraces.
