Trongate Rum Riots

A cloudy but calm morning.  The skies cleared briefly but remained cloudy.

What a brilliant weekend, but it's come to an end.  Time to pack the bags and leave the Stromness.  The squad boys are heading home tonight on the boat but I'm staying down for a few more days for sightseeing.  My liver is in serious need of a rest, but a few more tonight.

Arrived in Kirkwall today and is the base for the next few days.  Many sights to be seen, but headed for a pint this afternoon.  Touring around the pubs and we came across some live music.  The Trongate Rum Riots from Glasgow are up from Glasgow visiting the isles.  What a fab show and great music.  Taken in the St Ola bar, Kirkwall.
