Handle With Care

Disturbing? Yes, I think so. Yet Miss A didn't seem to mind and thought the bubble wrap from the toner cartridge made a perfect jacket for her baby, complete with hood. Fair enough.

We had Katie and Megan here for a sleepover and the girls had so much fun. They played brilliantly together, enjoying dressing up, being parents, having babies, running a café and 'fixing' each other with their vast medical skills. Little D was delighted to be an honorary girl for the evening and enjoyed every minute of being in their company.

The fact that they were having such fun and needed no intervention meant that Carolyn, Jo and I had a brilliant catch up, the wine flowing all too easily and we laughed 'til we cried. Memories past X Factor are somewhat hazy but that's always the sign of a good night in.

This shot should perhaps have been tomorrow's blip as it is inevitable all the mummies will be feeling rather tender after today's excesses.
