Bee on Lavender Flowers

The builder and his mate turned up on time at 0800 hours this morning and I am pleased that work has finally started. Dougal and Florence are not impressed with the noise, but because it is so hot they have remained indoors.
 
Today’s picture is of a bee on some of our lavender flowers.
   
It seems, according to the weather forecasters that some people are dying due to the heat so whether you are young or old, keep the fans on and stay hydrated.
