Grummeln

It was a surprise to wake up to the sound of rain.  Only five minutes of it though.  And that was quickly replaced by more 35°C heat.

We didn't have the Blood Moon last night.  We had an Obscured-By-Clouds-Might-Be-Red Moon.  Not quite so dramatic.

"Grummeln" is the German verb for grumbling and we had quite a bit of thunder doing that in the distance.  Typical of here though, we didn't get the thunderstorm to cool the air.

I found myself very amused today. I am no fan of the AfD, but I love political stupidity.  Some members of the AfD think that Jesus would have voted for the AfD.  I can't start to explain that depth of ignorance and arrogance....

I think I'll go back to watching clouds.
