Bee Bum With Pollen

A Sunday.  

Started late, but with sausages & tea - so not so bad.

My mood today is odd.  

The Zentrum that my doctor said would be a good bet for early treatment for my anxiety* wrote to me to say that they just had no-one who could deal with my problem.

They gave me a list of 4 other places to try.  Only one of which has a website.  And that website says that there is a 3 month wait for an appointment...

I have to try to get better at forecasting my problems.  If I knew 6 months in advance then maybe I could sort out a treatment plan.  As it is, I'm left without help after asking for help.  

And the next person who asks me "Why do you have anxiety problems?"
Nope. Let's leave this.
