Oh My Days!

Seeds of hope

After feeling a little stressed of late, a very, very, very, very, very lovely time was had today with Kit267 at Harewood House.  We took the new little ferry over the lake to visit the 'Seeds of Hope' immersive exhibition at The Bothy and Walled Garden and my how I loved it so.  A step back in time to 1918 through the eyes and words of the gardeners, exploring themes of self sufficiency, resilience, healing and hope.  Rows of showy sunflowers, meadows of white cosmos, orchards of apples, goats, chickens and haunting music.  And the weather was extremely kind too.  As Pop Larkin would say.....Perfick :)
Matty, Mealz and beagles here this weekend, and off round to a friends house for a meal this evo.
Aaaaahhhhhh, stress gone :))
