WHAT A STAR

#This is our resident chef...or youngest son who practiced his competition dishes for us and 2 friends.
#yummy canapés of Cornish yarg cheese croquettes.
#the starter was rabbit saddle, stuffed leg and cannelloni bean gnocchi. just delicious
#main course was chicken, lemongrass purée and roasted sweetcorn. mmmm
#dessert....chocolate and raspberries with hazelnut crunch.
He also made petit fours....Dulce chocolates and rose and raspberry macaroons.

Now I’m soooo full!!!

Thankful for....the talents of our amazing son....so proud.
