Thirlmere from above Harrop Tarn

One of the wettest days we've had in a while, and a dedicated group of photographers who managed 6 hours in the rain without TOO much moaning. After climbing up to Harrop tarn, we followed the perimeter path around it, before reaching the end of wood and reaching the viewpoint down the lake.

Despite the mist and drizzle, the foreground dry-stone wall seemed to contrast nicely with the misty background.
