Gone Fishing

This is one happy fisherman, as he had already caught 4 trout, which he photographed, then released.  He was fishing on The Outlet Track, when the 12 members of the walking group passed by.  I simply had to take his photo.  

We walked from The Outlet to Albert Town,. some walked back the same way, while the others walked back along the Hikuwai Track.  I clocked up 17,000 steps, which is about 12 k's.  Quite far enough I think.

We had a nice cuppa at a local cafe before heading for home.  The extras are the photos that missed the cut.  1.  Lunch time, 2, Walking towards the mountains, 3, a jet boat passes by, and 4, a peaceful scene.
