Swans

I met these swans and cygnets as I walked around the river this morning. They swam by serenely, once they'd realized that I hadn't come bearing food gifts. There's usually a family of swans along this stretch of the river every year; this is probably the same pair as last year. I think there were three cygnets then too. Another view in the extra.
