I'm pretty sure my neighbour who has made a beautiful job of his side of the backie must shake his head in despair of the little wee square I dug out on my side. However I got another surprise when I looked at it today. Turns out this plant isn't a sweet pea but is actually one of the runner bean plants that i thought hadn't worked. Something tells me I should have more patience with seeds!
