Ready For Her Closeup

Mabel spent the morning at the groomer for a long-overdue beauty appointment during which most of her wild and woolly curly hair was stripped and trimmed, and her eyebrows and beard were tamed.  At last she can once again see where she's going!  Now she looks glamorous enough to bring with us next week to the fabulous Relais & Chateaux hotel in the Adirondack mountains, where Mr. W is spiriting me away for a couple of nights to celebrate my birthday!
