Red admiral, another wild thing

Vanessa Atalanta or Red Admiral on a Buddleia flower head, I was trying to capture it from as close up as possible and from below, as I was trying to find a shot for AYWMC 30 days of composition challenge, today it's day 1 with prompt 'viewpoint', I ended up with another sunflower image from a rather different angle, see the extra. I'm having a hard time believing it's August already and we're really going towards autumn and winter ... For now the heatwave is continuing ...
