Nienke on the lookout

A bit of rain today. Like in our home town, it is also much needed around here in Germany where we are staying. The girls went swimming in the morning and when they returned the rain had started so they opted for another lazy afternoon in our cottage.

I felt like going out at some point but didn’t want to get caught by rain, so I asked if anyone would want to see the watchtower I visited yesterday. Nienke was the only one, so together we drove the same route I did last night. Here is Nienke looking towards the village of Sassen.
