Harbours are great inventions as they allow boats to float safely, cut off from heavy seas.
Belfast is a city of refuge for many people who face life's heavy seas and offers respite and rest.
To offer this safe harbour is a gift open to all of us, but one taken up by few.
Thanks go to the many who have harboured my LGB and T friends who this week can celebrate with the assurance of such support during Pride. Privileged to be an ally.
