The dragon clearly gives it away and this particularly fine one sits above the Bute Library in the lovely , leafy and well designed Cathays Park complex of buildings surrounding the Welsh Government offices in Cardiff where the Ministerial Forum on #Brexit was meeting this morning.

In weather like today the surroundings and ambiance live up to Pevsner‘s description of the area as “the finest civic centre in the British Isles”.
