Aaarrgh what a job, no wonder I've been putting it off!  

I bought a new laptop a few days ago as the old one has half the identifying letters missing from the keys, the space bar doesn't work and neither does the delete key.  Word doesn't open unless you go through the cancellation procedure either!

But getting a new laptop to your liking is a task and a half!!!!

And now Windows updates............ :-(
