Hoverfly on Water Lily.

Currently I am short of inspiration for blipping.  My usual Thursday with Kanyl so I had a wander round the garden.  While he was fixing the top end of his ponds water fall.

He has a tiny Lily in the pond which flowers well for a long period.  The problem with photographing Lilies (for me at least) is scale.  Fortunately this Hoverfly decided to perch on the flower.  That gave me a scale.  As you can see it is a small flower.
