Drying Out

A common flower a lot of us have blipped this summer is managing to dry out and cast its seeds (Extra).

We didn't get a chance to dry out today: we didn't risk getting wet!

We were running a course for a gentleman who had been asked to photograph his niece's wedding. We endeavoured to relate the tuition we normally give, to a wedding situation. There was no way we wanted to go out down to the lake with him in the rain. That was fine, all we needed were some shots from outside the studio in a dry spell to demonstrate Lightroom processing, and a jug of water to represent a waterfall!

A great day!

I wandered around the garden looking for a blip. Venturing onto the pavement a neighbour said: "Lost something?" "Just a picture and I'll find it soon!" That was fine, his wife knows I need my blip every day and sees some of them on FB.
