Had a call today

From my estate agent. My buyers surveyor had found my boiler was leaking.

Not too happy as I had only had it serviced yesterday.

Late night engineer call out made boiler save and booked in a further visit to fix problem.

That in itself was a problem as access was difficult and all sorts of thoughts of having to pull the kitchen apart went through my head.

Timing could have been better.
