Access hole made!

Was not easy getting under the sink with a jigsaw. All things considered I think I did a pretty good job cutting a straight ish hole.

Two engineers attended today and replaced faulty valve that caused the leak. The service engineer had unknowingly left the valve open and had over charged the system, causing the leak.

Not happy but what’s done is done. Glad the surveyor found it or damage would have been worse.

Informed buyer and they are happy so no damage done there.
