Our Walking Club BBQ/ Garden Party was a great success, and for once we were able to spend the whole afternoon outside.Makes such a difference when we have such wonderful weather.
A very hot sunny afternoon, but plenty of shade in Chris's beautiful garden, and her new puppy, which is just 7 months old, was so well behaved. She just sat under the tree, and slept most of the time.
Just one slight touch of sadness, as this will be the last time our friends F and J come to one of these get-togethers. They leave for South Africa a week on Friday, so Paul kindly took a photo of the four of us, which you can see in the collage.
However we will be seeing them again before they go.

I hope you have all enjoyed the weekend too.
They say it will be coming cooler and wetter towards the end of next week.
