Keep on keepin on

At the Kelvingrove Bandstand to see First Aid Kit. Swedish sisters singing songs tinged with Americana, minor keys and melancholy.

It’s been a really tough few days, a friend was killed in a bike accident at the weekend. His wife is also a close friend. The final song, Silver Lining, with its chorus of finding the silver lining and gotta keep on keepin on had both of us in tears. Thankfully it was dark by that point and raining so I think invisible to those around us.
