18.9C and mostly cloudy with showers early afternoon. Light SW/SSW/SSE/NW/WNW breeze.

Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch, and after the showers seemed to be clearing. We went round to the harbour and carried on along the park and Kilkerran road to Glenramskill House. At the harbour the big lorries with the remaining wind turbine sections were beginning to emerge from the New Quay. There was one with a turbine blade on board, parked by the ferry terminal, and ready to leave.

We came back the same way then along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open, with the very Goth looking young lady who we believe to be the bookshop owner's partner standing talking to the owner of the dress shop next door).
