It was hot inside the Climbing Unit at lunchtime today, the hottest I've experienced, 28 deg they said, and in an hour I drank 1.5 litres and lay on the floor almost as much as I was up the wall!

Later I spent a couple of hours helping in the charity shop, and this evening there's a Skyline MC committee meeting. Changing my clothes sort of sums up my day!
