I think a Black Horned Gem, but too little time or detail to truly distinguish it from half a dozen similar species.

I don't know why people bother with going to the gym - gardening and DIY always seem to provide an exceptional workout. Today I got the gable wall (glad to be able to now lose the top lift of scaffolding) and the extension painted down to ground floor height - as the extension hasn't been painted before (white cement and limestone render) that's probably the hardest bit done. Due to 'difficult neighbour' I won't be painting the part of the house that only he can see. Such an odd man, but less work for yours truly.
