Indoor Blip: Angel of the [M]o(r)th

Less mammoth and manmoth than its northern counterpart in large.

Had I not blipped a bee on a bloom yesterday, it'd have been this honey bee visiting the goldenrod, which was both aglow in the sun, and abuzz with honey bees, halictids, and hoverflies... Or perhaps I'd have gone with these courting blowflies.
I actually wanted to get this plume moth side on (for a change), but it wouldn't play ball (even though it waited patiently as I explored lighting: darkest, dark, bright, brightest), and flew off (revealing its fine, divided, feathery wings) before I got quite what I had in mind...

Others here (or right from Plume moth with shadow and reflection)
