Picnic On The Lake

We took a cute little electric boat out onto Saranac Lake today, along with a picnic lunch thoughtfully provided by the kindly folks at The Point -- delicious turkey BLT sandwiches, some broccoli salad, homemade chocolate chip cookies, and a bottle of rose wine!  We puttered around in lots of little coves and inlets, thoroughly enjoying ourselves (except for the horde of biting flies who seemed to have managed to stow away on board with us, and feasted mercilessly on arms, ankles, and feet!)

Internet is quite iffy here, so I will try to remember to post an extra shot of our little boat tomorrow when we return to Boston.
